Working Out
So, today my first session at the gym, in an attempt to get my somewhat “reluctant” muscles working again, more efficitently. I have to say it was enjoyable, exercise is a good stimulant, and in the same position as the other fellow “athletes” gives a sense of camaradre.
It’s interesting to find out exactly what muscles have “hibernated” the most..I think my instructor was expecting me to fall flat on my face any second, it being my first time, and maybe the picture she had of me beforehand was one who is a recovering physical wreck. Her concern was touching, but I must not get carried away here..I’m sure she simply did not want a comatose client on her handsÂ
